By downloading, installing or using Blackjack Logger ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of service

Blackjack Logger is a mobile application for recording gambling sessions, expenses and trips, and for viewing statistics derived from those records. It stores data on your device and can export it as files at your request.

Record-keeping only

No tax, legal or financial advice

Statistics, exports and any explanatory content in the App or on this website are provided for general information. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and we do not guarantee that any export is sufficient for any tax authority. Consult a qualified professional about your own situation. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Your data

Your records belong to you and stay on your device. We recommend regular backups; we cannot recover data from a lost, reset or replaced device because we never hold a copy.

Eligibility and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You agree not to reverse engineer or modify it, not to use it for unlawful purposes, and to respect our intellectual property.

Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure, or that any statistic or export is accurate or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, or any tax liability or penalty.

App store terms

Additional terms apply based on the platform from which you downloaded the App. You agree to comply with those third-party terms.

Updates, modifications and termination

We may modify, update or discontinue the App at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
