Overview

Blackjack Logger is a record-keeping app. This policy explains the very little data it handles.

Information we do not collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• User accounts or login credentials
• Your sessions, expenses, trips, casinos or notes
• Location data, advertising identifiers or hardware identifiers
• Contacts, photos or social media information
• Behavioral tracking, analytics or advertising data

The app makes no network requests of its own. It has no analytics or crash-reporting software.

Local storage only

Your log lives on your phone, protected by the device's encryption. It is deleted when you uninstall the app. If you turn on the app lock, Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint unlock is handled entirely by your phone's operating system; the app never sees biometric data.

Exports and sharing

When you export a backup or a spreadsheet, or share a session image or trip report, the app hands a file to your phone's share sheet. Where that file goes is your choice, and the service you send it to has its own privacy policy. Backup files are not encrypted; treat them as you would any financial record.

The app and this website link to Blackjack AI Pro and Blackjack Cheat Sheet, from the same developer, and to the App Store and Google Play. Those sites have their own policies.

App stores

Blackjack Logger is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's privacy policy applies to the download process. If you have chosen to share analytics with developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated information such as crash counts and app version. It cannot identify you.

Your rights

• Control: all data stays on your device under your control.
• Deletion: Settings → Backup & export → Reset all data, or delete the app.
• Access: export a backup or spreadsheet at any time.
• No tracking: we cannot track you across apps or websites.

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on request. Write to us with any question all the same.

Age requirements

The app is intended for adults of legal gambling age and is rated accordingly on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or the law. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
